Ordered this cute print dress from BEBE. It has allover pleats and fun flowy sleeves. Now disclaimer on these sleeves- the sleeves have an overlay of breezy fabric that got caught on my steering wheel when driving and door handles I walked by. The struggle for cute sleeves! But once you get the feel for it, you’ll be waving your arms everywhere. So I’ll let you decide the price to pay for dramatic sleeves. Other than that, this dress is perfect for summer nights out and I plan to wear it in the fall with over-the-knee black boots.
